If you use WinVista Operating System -> choose WinVista
If you use WinXP Operating System -> choose XP.
WinVista OR WinXP the way using Trial Reset is the same.
My Demo is WinXP. Because I install Kaspersky on WinXP
Step 1: Right click on Kaspersky tray icon. Choose "Pause protection".And then choose "Settings"
Step 2: Choose Options and then uncheck "Enable Self-Defense". And then click "Apply"->"OK"
Step 3: Now, right click on the Kaspersky tray icon, and then click "Exit".
Step 4:Now Open your Kaspersky Trial Reset
Step 5: Choose YES
Step 6: Click OK.
And "Kaspersky Internet Security Activation Wizard" appears. Now you click on "Activate trial version"
Waiting for a seconds. And then Click on Finish.
Now you have a trial key. You'll have to do this stuff again when your expiration date come.
After do all this things. You will have the vaccine like this.
Note:
Remember, when you have trial key, the Kaspersky will alert that the file "Kaspersky Trial Reset" is a virus. And want you to delete it. You just ignore it, don't delete. It's not a trojan or virus, it's just help you to reset trial key. Believe me. It's not malcious program.
And the trial version have all the feature as the full vaccine. No need to worry about trial version couldn't kill all viruses just like full vaccine did.
